LVP that looks like wood and shrugs off water.
Luxury vinyl plank is the go-to for kitchens, basements, rentals and homes with pets. We prep the subfloor flat, keep the seams tight, and run it room to room without a break where the product allows.
What’s included
Done properly, start to finish.
Flattened subfloor
LVP shows every dip. We grind high spots and fill low ones to the manufacturer’s flatness spec so seams stay locked.
Removal available
Carpet, tile, old vinyl or laminate. We can pull it up and haul it off before the new floor goes in.
Fewer transitions
Where the product allows, we run LVP through doorways and halls for one continuous look instead of a strip at every room.
Kitchens, baths, laundry
Waterproof core plus careful perimeter work around tubs, toilets and cabinets.
Baseboard & quarter round
New baseboard or reset existing trim, plus stair nosing and transitions so every edge is finished.
Ready to move back in
Boxes, scrap and old flooring gone. You can walk on LVP right away.

Is LVP really waterproof?
Most rigid-core LVP is waterproof plank by plank, which means a spill won’t swell it. Water can still get under the floor at the edges, so we take care around tubs, toilets and exterior doors.
Can LVP go over my existing floor?
Often, if the existing floor is flat, solid and a single layer. Carpet always comes out. Old tile can sometimes stay if the grout lines are filled and it’s flat. We’ll tell you at the estimate.
How thick should my LVP be?
Thickness matters less than the wear layer and core. For most homes, a 12 mil or thicker wear layer on a rigid core holds up well. We can look at samples with you.
How fast can we walk on it?
Right away for floating floors. Glue-down products need the adhesive to set before heavy furniture goes back, usually about a day.
